Donn "Roger" Ballantyne 76, a resident of Baker City, Oregon, died Saturday, Feb 26. 2022 at his home in Baker City. A graveside service will be held at Mt. Hope Cemetery on Friday, March 11, 2022, at 1:00 PM with military honors. Mr. Jim Kauth will be officiating the service on behalf of the First Presbyterian Church in Baker City, Oregon. Memorial contributions may be made to Best Friends of Baker CIty through Coles Tribute Center by sending a check made out to Best Friends of Baker City to 1950 Place Street, Baker City, Oregon 97814.
